Hiring a photobooth can be a sensational addition to your event.  Our business is about making it as easy as possible for you to enjoy your event whether its a wedding, party, or corporate event. Here are some tips which can make it easier for you to plan and prepare for your photobooth experience.

1. Plan where you want the Photobooth to setup;Often, we will arrive to setup a few hours before the scheduled start for your event.  It is always handy to let your event centre know where you want us to setup.  We are pretty self contained and only really need 3-5 square metres for the booth and our props table. It is also better if we can be close to a power point as well. This saves us having to manage cables and trip hazards for our staff as well as your guests,

2. before the event, nominate someone to collect the goodies from us at the end of the night.  At the end of every event we will download the photos for you onto a USB.  This person might be yourself, or a parent or even a bridesmaid or groomsman.  Ask them to come and introduce themselves to our attendants. This makes things much easier for us to identify who to pass things on to when we are finished.

3. Let everyone know we are there. We want to see the booth being used. The more photos the more memories.

4. Get the Kids in with adults! We love it when kids get into the booth. They love the dressing up, they love the photos and they will do it over and over again.  It is important though that they use the booth with an adult's assistance. This makes for better photos and it is always great to see the intermingling of the generations.

5. Get the Grandparents involved too! it is always fun to see the way grandparents enjoy the booth with the youngsters as well.  Over our time, we have had some amazing grandparents in the booth. It is always best to get photos of people having fun in the booth.
